Dwellingham Watch Company offers free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more where the option is available at checkout.

Order preparation

Every timepiece receives a final inspection before shipment. Once your order leaves our care, you will receive a shipping confirmation with available tracking information.

Delivery estimates

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Carrier estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, service interruptions, holidays, address issues, or other conditions outside our control.

Shipping addresses

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If an address correction is needed, contact support@dwellinghamwatch.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered fulfillment.

International orders

International availability and shipping options vary by destination. Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and customs fees may be assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing can delay delivery.
